Brgy. Puspua, San Fernando, La Union – In a heartwarming display of the Magic of Rotary, the Rotary Community Corps (RCC) Kired Iti Daya, alongside the Rotary Club of Metro San Fernando La Union, brought light and hope to Brgy. Puspus on March 22, 2025. Six solar-powered lights were installed as part of a joint community and economic development project, aiming to enhance safety and improve the quality of life for local residents.
This initiative is a testament to the power of collaboration, as the solar lights will brighten public spaces, providing much-needed security and reducing reliance on traditional electricity sources. The project is not only an environmental win but also a step forward in creating a more sustainable and resilient community.
“The Magic of Rotary is about making a real difference, one project at a time,” said Cheryl, President of the Rotary Club of Metro San Fernando La Union. “By coming together, we’re lighting the way for a brighter future in Brgy. Puspus.”
For the residents of Brgy. Puspus, the impact is already clear. “These solar lights are a game-changer for our community,” said Roselyn, President of RCC Puspus. “Thanks to the Rotary Club and RCC Kired Iti Daya, we now have a safer, more vibrant place to live, and the future feels brighter than ever.”
